Our Mission
Exposing scams like ASAP Towing to protect Jacksonville drivers.
This mob crime ring piles on the nerve. They blame local cops for pure junk. Total nonsense pours from their mouths. Lunatic rants fly out next. Then come flat-out criminal claims.
Cops bust these thugs daily. They chase leads and make arrests. Risk their necks for safety. Yet the gang flips the script. Points fingers right back at police. Calls them the real crooks.
What gall. These criminals dodge heat this way. Hide their own dirty tracks. Everyday folks spot the trick. Nobody buys the sob story. Good officers get slimed for doing right. The ring's lies stink worse than ever.
Law Enforcement, Service Members and minorities are all easy prey for these thugs.

ASAP Towing and Storage owner Vince Serrano was arrested in November 2024 for grand theft and organized fraud, facing allegations of stealing nearly $200,000 by underreporting vehicle sale proceeds and inflating costs. Following JSO raids on all four company locations, Serrano is accused of defrauding the state, with his case currently moving through the legal system.
Details of the Trouble:
Arrest & Charges: Vince Serrano, president/CEO, turned himself in on charges of grand theft ($100k+) and organized fraud.
The Alleged Scheme: Investigators state that between 2020 and 2024, Serrano underreported sale prices of towed/unclaimed vehicles and overinflated storage/towing costs, pocketing roughly $194,000.
JSO Raids: In July 2024, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) raided all four ASAP locations for evidence of fraud.
Permanent Ban: JSO permanently removed ASAP from its towing rotation, according to reports.
Past Legal Issues: In 2020, the company paid over $100,000 to settle DOJ allegations of violating the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) by unlawfully selling vehicles.
Latest Updates: As of February 2025, Serrano has pleaded not guilty, with court proceedings ongoing.
Note: The owner has previously suggested in early 2024 that the investigation was retaliation for legal disputes with local law enforcement.
In addition to all of that, this mafia crime ring has the gall to accuse local law enforcement of being irrational, insane, and blatantly illegal.
